Abigail’s Crochet Journey: From School to Bazaar Success

Abigail was 12 when she first discovered crochet at School of Bali Hati. What started as a simple classroom activity quickly became her passion. She loved the way yarn could transform into something beautiful, and every stitch felt like a new adventure.

🎨 Colors That Speak Abigail was fascinated by colors. She mixed bright oranges with calming greens, playful purples with sunny yellows. Each creation reflected her personality—joyful, curious, and full of imagination. Her classmates admired her colorful crochet pieces, and Abigail realized she had a gift worth sharing.

💡 From Hobby to Business With guidance from her teachers, Abigail began to learn about the business side of art and craft. She discovered how to set fair prices, how to present her work attractively, and how to tell the story behind each piece. Crochet wasn’t just about yarn anymore—it was about creativity, confidence, and entrepreneurship.

🎪 The Bazaar Breakthrough Her first big test came at a local art & craft bazaar. Abigail carefully arranged her crochet purses, hairbands, and keychains on the table. At first, she was nervous. But soon, visitors were drawn to her colorful designs. They asked questions, admired her work, and one by one, her creations found new owners. By the end of the day, Abigail had sold more than she ever imagined.

✨ Threads of Inspiration That bazaar taught Abigail an important lesson: passion can grow into opportunity. Crochet gave her joy, but it also gave her confidence to dream bigger. As she packed up her stall, she thought about new designs, new colors, and new chances to share her art with the world.

Music and Singing Classes

Lily’s Musical Journey: From Shy Beginnings to the Green Camp Stage

At seven years old, Lily was a shy girl who rarely spoke up in class. She loved listening to music but never imagined herself singing or playing an instrument in front of others. That changed when she joined the Echospace Music Class, guided by Bu Wahyu, the inspiring founder of the Lima Nada Foundation.

🎹 Discovering the Keyboard Bu Wahyu encouraged Lily to try the keyboard. At first, her fingers hesitated, pressing the keys softly. But with each lesson, Lily grew more confident. She learned how melodies could tell stories, and soon, the keyboard became her favorite way to express herself.

🎤 Finding Her Voice Alongside the keyboard, Lily began to sing. Her voice was quiet at first, but Bu Wahyu patiently nurtured her talent. With practice, Lily’s singing grew stronger, and she realized that music wasn’t about being perfect—it was about sharing emotions.

🌿 Performing at Green Camp Bali Months later, Lily was invited to perform at the Green Camp Performance in Bali. Standing on stage, she felt nervous, but she remembered Bu Wahyu’s encouragement and all the hours of practice. She played the keyboard, lifted her voice, and sang with joy. The audience clapped and cheered, and Lily’s shy smile turned into a proud one.

✨ A Journey of Courage and Creativity That performance marked a turning point. Lily discovered that music could transform her shyness into confidence. Thanks to the support of Echospace Music Class and Bu Wahyu’s guidance, she learned that every child has a melody waiting to be heard—and hers had just begun.

Tech Workshops

Angga’s Curiosity Sparks at the Tech Workshop

At just 4 years old, Angga already showed signs of being a little inventor. He loved cars, wires, and taking things apart just to see how they worked. His parents often found him tinkering with toy cars, curious about what made the wheels spin.

⚡ Learning the Basics of Electronics In the Tech Workshop, Angga was introduced to simple but exciting tools: cables, batteries, and a small dynamo. His eyes lit up when he connected the wires and saw the dynamo spin. For him, it wasn’t just play—it was discovery. Every click of a connector and every spark of movement fed his endless curiosity.

🚗 Passion for Cars and Building Angga’s love for cars made electronics even more fun. He imagined building his own toy car powered by the dynamo. He enjoyed the process of assembling and disassembling parts, learning that mistakes weren’t failures—they were steps toward understanding.

🌟 Curiosity Unleashed This workshop gave Angga the freedom to explore. Instead of being told “don’t touch,” he was encouraged to connect, test, and experiment. His little hands were busy, but his mind was even busier—asking questions, imagining possibilities, and dreaming of bigger projects.

✨ The Beginning of a Maker’s Journey For Angga, the Tech Workshop wasn’t just about electronics. It was about unlocking his natural curiosity. With every wire he connected and every battery he tested, he took one step closer to becoming a young maker—someone who sees the world not just as it is, but as it could be.
